Hygiene: how to wash hands in the right way


The coronavirus is spreading over the globe, and infects more and more people. The most threatening cause of being infected is because of the unprotected coughing of somebody who is infected with the virus, but not lesser threatening is the infection via the hands, with all you touch(ed) with your hands. Washing hands is therefore essential, but how to do it in the right way? It sounds simple but washing hands is not just washing them with water, no, soap and warm water is necessary to kill the bacteria en viruses. Be aware of the tap itself: it is infected with bacteria en viruses, also door handles, stair railings, elevator buttons, your mobile, computer keyboard, mouse, everything. Before ever touching your face, your eyes, nose, mouth, or food, wash the hands as follows, in the video and on the drawing (scroll down):
